Am I the only one who's amazed by the amount of money that people will pay for items on eBay?
I'm not talking about rare, one of a kind items - just bog standard things that you don't want/need anymore.
Have recently sold alot of used computing and network stuff on that's un-needed now I've upgraded it etc. - and in at least two cases the final autcion price that it reached (including postage) has been more than the cost of a brand new one
Just sold a ADSL Router on there and that went for about the same price you could buy it brand new off of eBay. Also, a 802.11.B WIFI Card, that sold for more than I paid for a brand new 802.11.G one off of amazon. I even sold some laptop RAM on there, in the description I even linked to the page on crucial.com that you can buy the new memory off of - and it sold for more than the price of a new one on the very page that I linked to 
Why do people pay more for something second hand than a brand new one?!? People do amaze me at times!
