Top Gear & The World Cup!

There's going to be a six week break in the new series of top gear just so people can watch a load of overpaid men run around a bit of grass playing with their ball(s).

I find it disgraceful!!

1) Whatever prat decided to organise the world cup during the middle of a series of Top Gear, quite frankly the best thing on TV, needs a good sacking.

and

2) Why a six week break? We'll get knocked out after a week like always happens anyway!

I like Top Gear as much as the next guy. However, I'm football mad. I agree that footballers are overpaid (Unless you play for the smaller international teams like Trinidad & Tobago!). On the other hand, it is a very skillful and talented sport. It requires a lot of determination and fitness. It takes many professionals 15 years of playing for no money before they get signed for a team, and that's only IF they make the grades. And yes, I hope England lose!
