Don't Buy Anything from Acer...... ever.

About 18 months ago lightning struck my house. My mum'd disconnected all the stuff from plugs, but had forgotten the phone plugs (I was at work) the strike caused the death of my PC. Luckily our home insurance company was nice enough to ship us a new PC for free (so if you don't like your PC stick a lightning rod on your roof and hook it up to yer PC). The PC in question was an Acer, why it wasn't hardcore l337, it was nice enough for me. 6 months later the harddrive failed. I phoned up Acer support and shipped it off. It took 6 months to replace the harddrive. Something I could of done in an afternoon. Yesterday, a year later, the new harddrive failed. I would of bought a new harddrive but I am moneyless. As a result it is being shipped off to Acer again. >_< Luckily I have, in the meantime, set up my sisters laptop, but it is a P3 650 MHz with a 10GB harddrive. In any case, however, it appears I won't be online NEARLY as much until the harddrive in question is replaced. This will probably happen about the same time I arrive at the Acer offices and begin seperating limbs from their workers.
