Floral is an attractive, bright and colorful skin. It is well suited to forums which have skins varying on seasons and will suite a variety of boards on different subjects.

What is it?
Put simply, Floral is a skin comprising of shades of orange, amber and yellow with sensible splashes of red and purple too. It will brighten up many boards due to its bright, colorful appearance. See the screenshots!

It is also fully compatible with the official IPS add-on components (Blog, Gallery and Downloads) and looks superb in these components too.

What are the benefits of using it?
Skins are one of the most popular addition to any IP.Board as they are easily installed in a few moments and dramatically change the appearance.

Additional Information
The skin comes complete with a psd file for editing the header for ease of customization. It is also available from the authors site in its native French language, including correctly worded buttons.

Interview with FDFR
Hello FDFR, Please could you describe your skin, highlighting what the theme is?
This skin has been created for the spring and summer seasons. It is very colorful, lively, spirited and so on. If you like these seasonal colors, you will like this skin!

Please explain why you decided to come up with this skin, and why you think it has benefited the modification community.
Over the past four years, our community has created a lot of IP.Board skins, some of them are free and some others are premium. The Floral IP.Board skin was a favorite design for a lot of our members, that's why I decided to create it.

Please give us a few details about yourself, and why you decided to start writing modifications for IP.Board
My name is Philippe, I'm living in France with my girlfriend and my dog. I wanted to do something special on the Internet, then I discovered IP.Board in 2004.

I decided to create a community to help people to understand and evolve with their IPB forums. After that, I began to create some templates, my first were ridiculous but with time and practise, I learned to improve. Today, my community has the biggest number of members in a French Invision Power Board support communitity with a total of 16,000 members.

Have you any tips for people that are interested in coding for IP.Board, but don't know where to start?
They have to be very patient and really enjoy the discovery of IPB. With time and patience, they will succeed and create something really nice.
