CleanCut has been updated to work with IP.Gallery 4.0 and includes a few bug fixes, this can be found in your Client Area. To manually upgrade your skin check out the bug tracker, http://community.inv...-cleancut-skin/ .
It's not easy to find, this Cleancut skin... looked absolutely everywhere in the forums and marketplace but I see it is hiding in the Client area downloads under IP.Board > Stable Releases.
Agree with the Jinkler this looks as if it hasn't been updated yet?

Nope it isnt
If it has, it hasn't been uploaded yet. I downloaded the version in there, the file dates are still reporting dec 2010.
File has been updated, some reason it wasn't overwriting the previous file.
and what about those that are using the cleancut skin that don't have access to the client aera how are we supose to get the skin pay the 25 bucks just for the skin updates?
Honistly I think it should be like a patch file where its posted on the community forum so those that have a IP.Board lisence but can't really afford renewing their lisence just for a skin update

You can check in the tracker for the manual fixes. There were only a few minor fixes and then the Gallery update.
Just upload the IP.Gallery images into the clean folder and revert the Gallery CSS file in the Admin CP.

Why would you need a skin update if you havent updated your invisionboard? The update is for the updates to invisionboard and gallery, if you havent updated those then there is no need for the updated skin.
I cant find this in the client area , looks like its a new look for the client area and don't see clean cut any where

Has it? That's what's shown in the client area.
