Personally, I think the structure is beautiful. However, I recommend a little bit more contrast so it's easier to read and differentiate the different sections of the forum.

$75 is average; even $100 for a template is justified. $300 to $500 if there is minor tailoring of the template for the customer or some other reason to justify it.

He priced the skin competitively at $30. That is a very fair price. Please don't tell me you expect him to make skins for $7 ?
Thankfully some skin designers listen to feedback -- I'm really glad to see the "settings" file so we don't have to worry about moving hardcoded items out of the template by hand. I'd buy this one, but it's not really my style.... that said, if you can tell us whether or not the other templates you've updated have this ability, then I'd be more apt to buy them :)

Thanks!
It's too bright for my screen. However I love the structure as told above.
Don't forget, with ipbforumskins you can use your skin on 2 installations, so 30$ is nothing :)

Only two? thought if i was buying a skin it was unlimited. Good luck keeping people to that rule.

I have always felt $18.00 or $20.00 was a little low. A few years ago when I first started, all skins were closer to $35.00 or $40.00. There were many skinning sites popping up offering skins for half that price so I had to reduce mine to compete. After experimenting with different prices, I'm still getting the same amount of sales selling for $30.00 so I thought it was appropriate - especially since customers receive unlimited support and upgrades for 3.x (people who purchased for 3.0.x are still receiving the upgrades).

if you can tell us whether or not the other templates you've updated have this ability, then I'd be more apt to buy them :)

I plan on adding the features to all skins eventually. All new ones will include the customizing feature, and I'll add it to old ones when I have spare time. :)

Thanks for the feedback so far!

Nice skin, come in other colors?
Damn. nice skin
Great job as usual Ehren, but as others have stated in this entry, $30 is a little rich for my blood. I make no money from my community, it is simply a hobby, I would be tempted at $25, I know that it's a measly extra $5, but just seeing it at that price I'd buy it instantly, you'd have a customer. Something to do with my buyers mentality I guess :/

I know, I know, I'm b*tching about the price, I apologise, but it really is a great skin and I'm kicking myself that I can't afford it right now
