I've started many sites in the past before, all of them pretty much failed. The reason though is because I am not dedicated as I should be. Word of advice don't start out big. Something too big is hard to handle for one person or even a small team. Between my real job, design work, it's hard to really dedicate much time to a big project.
I've come to the conclusion that I should start extremely small. I am planning to open a site that offers a service for free. I don't want to share anything more yet. But, it's sure to help those who aren't IPB literate.
