Have you missed me?
It's been a while since I posted, mainly because my layout was finished 2 weeks before the end of the term, then we had a week off, and finally my first block last week was a bit rubbish.
Our schedule is this... each week, we work on a third of our short (last week was the exception). We block the first third this week, second third next week etc. Then we smooth out the first third one week, second third week after etc., and finally we polish the first third and so on. Three stages in three pieces. 20 seconds of animation a week is a lot - particularly in the smoothing and polishing stages.
This week I've reblocked most of what I had done last week, and I'm pretty happy with it now. I don't think there's much more to say about it than that really, other than please leave feedback as usual so that I can improve it. How does the timing feel? Can you understand what emotion or thought he's having in each and every pose? Anything not make sense? Please be harsh!

I need to come up with a name for my short film, and I can't think of anything. If you have any suggestions, I'd love to hear them, and if I choose a name you suggest I'll credit you in the movie when it is done. The guys name is Otto, and if you remember the story, he decides to go skiing in the office and crashes. Some sort of pun or something would be good, but suggest anything you like. Thanks!

I think the expression and body language is a little over the top and it just needs toning down a little. Other than that I like it, especially the part where he rolls back on his chair and gets up. It looks really neat, you have the hand/arm movement just right!
