Holiday

Posted by W1lz0r, 06 August 2005 · 19 views

Tomorrow I am going away for three weeks on holiday. I am very much looking forward to this. It'll allow me to catchup on some sleep and spend a lot of time with my kids.

Before I go I wanted to finish the Blog tracker feature. So I did. That finishes ICB 1.2 ALPHA 2. I'll see if we can update the Blog on this board somewhere the coming week.

Here is the end result:

I'll not be around as much as usual the coming three weeks. But I'll not be gone completely rolleyes.gif

Enjoy your holiday! original.gif
enjoy Wizzy blog 1.2.0 looks good
This is an awesome feature, can't wait for it. I actually suggested something like this awhile ago "subscribers list", but this is even better. It would be cool if you could put all of your "trackers" in a content block so other people can see who is tracking your blog.

Also Wizzy, I know quick edit for actual blog entries is a bit silly, but could you implement quick edit for blog comments?  rolleyes.gif

Have a good holiday!

Where are you on holiday?
France, near Toulouse.
Enjoying the *tastefull* meat... ;-) How is the fish and seafood ? You should at least like that ...
Chicken and fish etc is fine original.gif
Had to become a customer to let you know this. I find it bizzare that members (possible future customers) and those giving feedback on how the blog works here cannot add comments. I really think that needs looking at original.gif

Now to my point.  Not sure if it is a bug or not but when you go to Blog Tracker and you haven't got permission to create blogs (like here as a member), it says you are not authorised to use this feature. However if you go to the blog you have asked to track, you can then stop tracking if required.
Yes, that's a known bug, that has been fixed. The fix is not on this board yet.
