"Do it right the first time..." that's what I keep telling myself, but unfortunatly it doesn't work that way.

This weekend my son's bikes tyre was flat. Oh, no problem I thought. I just fix it. Luckaly it was his front tyre, so that ought to be easy. So I went ahead and got my gear and took his tyre of the bike. So far so good. Next I found the hole and fixed it. I even checked his tyre for sharp edges. And yes there was a thorn in it. Removed it. So I thought "good call W1lz". Next put his tyre together, pumped it up and placed it back in his bike. A job well done.

The next morning my son wanted to ride his bike. So he fetched it, only to find his tyre was flat again wassat.gif

grrrr#$$%#&$%%!

Why can't it be right the first time. I checked his tyre and all was well blink.gif

So today I again removed his tyre from the bike and went thru the same routine. And yes, that figures. There was a second hole in it pinch.gif I hate when that happens. What are the odds of two holes at the same time... Probably pretty high considering he rode his bike thru bushes with thorns shifty.gif

Anyway, fixed it again.

So vote away, do you think it is fixed this time around?

Sounds like it is fixed original.gif

p.s. isn't it tyre and not tire?
You are probably right. Tyre... yeah looks better then tire, doesn't it shocked.gif
w00t, I broke the tie of the tyre poll >>
Thanks for your trust in me Bryan original.gif  I'll report back the tyre status probably tomorrow.
It's been 2 days now and the tyre is still hard... The lepricons can be proud of me original.gif
It's actually tire(you were right the first time hehe) and leprechaun rolleyes.gif
You're all right, and all wrong. Tire = American, Tyre = British.
Hmm, i never knew americans spelt it wrong (joke!!!).  Tyre just looks right though... original.gif

Bah... there just isn't a correct English word I know of for the word "Kabouter". Lepricon or leprechaun was the closest I could think of. In fact maybe you don't even know what "Kabouters" are... Could be a Dutch only thing.
I believe Kabouters are... Gnomes in english original.gif

Leprechauns/Gnomes... samething, kind of. They are both short and creepy. Except leprechauns tend to be told as "found at the end of the rainbow with their pot of gold".

And a Gnome, well. Garden Gnome tongue.gif

Wanneer 1.2.1 zullen bevrijden?
I don't think i will liberate 1.2.1... however it will be released at some point wink.gif

Waar kom je vandaan .Logan?

P.S. My son's tyre is still hard. I'm proud of myself original.gif

I'm very sorry to hear about your father's sister sad.gif

My mother is english, my father and his family are french (I know english & french). I learned a lot of dutch from a girl named 'Persilla' (sp?) who moved from Holland to here, she doesn't know much english at all so I am helping her a bit, while she teaches me a bit of dutch tongue.gif
Of course all languages are beautiful, however living in Canada and having nothing to do with Holland & Dutch what is the sense in learnig this?- the practical thing?  thumbsup.gif
Something to do tongue.gif  I like learning new lanugages, or as much of them as possible.
