Fox News black sheeps the Netherlands

I just saw it on the news. Appearently there is a anti-Netherlands campaign going on by the right wing news sender Fox News in the United States.
Well I am from the Netherlands and all I can say it: "It's humbug!", or maybe bullshit might be in order.
The reason. In the Netherlands there is a child hospital which applies euthanasia to children with a uncurable disease and which are suffering dearly. This happens in extremely rare occasions (in fact we have a law which specifically specifies the boundaries of euthanasia).
But what does Fox News say? The Dutch are killing small children just because they are inconvinient. For Christ sake, that's the biggest bullshit I heard in years. Could it be that CTerry is right?
I am actually mad that this is going on. Of all countries, I though the USA would be a lot smarter then that. I cannot believe how political driven these news senders are. It is just a political campaign and in this case they have thought of the Netherlands as the black sheep. I hope that the citizens of the USA can see thru this. Really the Netherlands is a wonderful country and I am proud to be a Dutchman (or cheesehead as we are called sometimes).
Remember state television which used to be in the Sovjet Union? We in the West were critisizing this. Now I ask you, is this any better? No it is not. It's been a long time since the news was brought to us in a true independant way. It's been irritating me for a long time now.
I hope this year people see the light. Let's just all respect eachother and please look at yourself before you start critisizing others.
