Install instructions:
1) Extract the files
2) Upload the files to sources/components_public/blog/content_blocks/
3) Install the block and enable it from the ACP under Components -> IP.Blog -> Content blocks
That's effectively it. This content block is identical to the personal photo block provided in IP.Blog by default, except that it shows the avatar instead.
