Complete Points, Shop, Investment, Lottery System

This version REQUIRES IPB 3.3. For 3.2 use ibEconomy 2.0.8. For 3.1 use ibEconomy 1.5.1.

All comments are moderated. We tend to remove / not approve ones that are 'support' related questions specifically rather than 'feedback' which is what the comments are used for here.
