Simple hook that makes use of IP.Board 3.1.3+'s new hovercard functionality to trigger the topic preview on hover rather than clicking the image.

Its not meant to be installed on 3.2.x that has the opening topic preview instead built in.
The opening topic preview is not as handy because it can only viewed in thread listings whereas a popup would be accessible in additional areas such as the board index. I think this should be updated for 3.2.x if not included by default.
Your comment (tbh its not feedback about this file so I should not of approved it probably) would be best in a new topic in IP.Board Feedback

This works fantastically on board version 3.1.4! My members love it! I really hope this is upgraded to the latest version of IPB!
