This hook will allow admins to clone categories in IP.Downloads.

Oh my goodness, you have no idea how badly IP.Downloads needs this! I was taking screenshots of my settings (when creating categories) because you need to type / select the same thing over and over again when creating multiple categories. This is a must have!
