This hook will shows the count of the number of blog entries created by the user in his/her User Info Pane area (topic view, conversation view, calendar event view, third-party applications, etc.).
The counter will be updated when a blog entry is deleted and will appear only in User Info Pane of those users that has created a blog entry.
