This hook will prevent selected groups from posting in dead topics. You can set:
- Groups affected
- Forums where it will happen
- Number of days to a topic be considered dead
- Messages
- If you allow new post (if don't, Fast Reply won't show up)
- Version 3.1.1 => IP.Board 3.4.X & 3.3.X
- Version 3.0.0 => IP.Board 3.2.X
