Shoutbox is a feature-rich shoutbox/chat system for your IP.Board. Shoutbox will enable your users to send shouts to each other and allow others can read them. It is like a chat-room for your forums, without the need for Java, Flash or any other browser dependency!

I am not going to register at another site just to post about a bug... I do want to say that, http://invisionfocus...er-capitalized/ as stated by another user is in-fact a bug. I'm not sure if you read it too quickly before claiming it is working as intended or not but its turning lowercase into UPPERCASE with the first letter in each word. It's a great script and I would gladly have paid $25 for it. Please fix this bug. Thank you!

It works exactly the same way as the similar feature in IP.Board. The intent of the setting is to stop people from posting in all uppercase letters. The way it does this is by calling the ucwords function in PHP. That changes all text to have the first letter in each word capitalized. If you don't want that to happen, then you need to disable the setting referenced in that bug report.
Now, if you'd like to pay me $25 for my work, I'd be more than happy to accept that.
