- Displays a shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the screen (next to the notifications).
- Includes the number of items currently in the user's cart
- Links to the "View Cart" page if cart is not empty
- Appears for both members and guests

- Moved "Cart" text from bar to image tooltip
- Cart icon now displays for guests
- Cart icon is NOT displayed as a link if cart is empty
- Tested for 3.3 compatibility
