This is a My Media Plugin, allowing Members who can view the member listing and profiles to use a searchable(by display name or member id) paginated interface to select members that are not banned, and are not in groups that are hidden from the member listing.
Output is Similar to the stock member bbcode, but because it uses the userHoverCard template, is compatible with TB's Group Format hook when in use as well.
