This Feed Block Source Will allow you to generate "Clouds" of Tags with IPContent Feed Blocks from Applications with Tags being used, and template these "Clouds" However You May Desire.
Filters Include Tag Text(contains), Tag Area(for applications that use more than one, and need filtering), Tag Result Count(number of tags to show), Tag offset(number of tags to skip) and Currently Viewing User's Tags.

It does in fact have said capability, unto the point of pulling tags from a single database as needed by the Area filter configuration.
Lack of "built-in" block template is a minus; other than that it's working great.
