This hook will show, for those who can access Admin CP, the situation of the member. Will show if the member is banned, suspended or posting restricted. Those informations are available today only on profile view.

- Permission changed from g_access_cp to g_is_supmod, which allows supermoderators without ACP access to view the member status (situation).
May I suggest the word 'Status' be used instead of 'Situation'? Otherwise, neat little Mod!
I almost released with STATUS, but certainly would think that would have something to do with MEMBER STATUS (updates).

Restriction: None / Banned / Suspended / Limited
Infraction: None / Banned / Suspended / Limited
TOS Violation: None / Banned / Suspended / Limited
Constraints: None / Banned / Suspended / Limited
Censored: None / Banned / Suspended / Limited

Posting Status may have been appropriate as well. In any case great work as usual Adriano. 
Guys, this is a language bit, anyway. You can change on your Manage Languages.
