Without doubt one of the best apps on the market and highly recommended!
Can we see it?
Good Coder != Good designer. It's made by Michael, quality is a given.
Still would be nice to see how this fits in with a board.
Perhaps a live demo would be appropriate?
This is one of the most expensive mods here... please sell it to me, show me exactly what I'm getting for my money. Potential customer here.
I'm not a salesman, so I'm not really going to be able to make a pitch for this that isn't already covered above. I did add a demo link and a bunch of screenshots, but those just scratch the surface of what this app can do.
Most of my customers tend to agree that this is the top third-party application for IP.Board in terms of functionality and quality. If you have questions about the quality of what I produce, look at the free stuff I make; this is better than those.

This is a professional product.
I have used it for a couple of years and found that it does exactly what it says on the tin.
The templates are easy to modify and tweak and unlike some other apps it simply works.
Although I have not worked with the latest version so much, my initial thoughts are unchanged and would recommend this to to anyone looking for a decent article or tutorial system. I said article on purpose as I have never used it for tutorials. I can see no reason why it could not be used for anything - news reports, articles, tutorials etc. These articles can be in regular text or pure html - I tend to always use the html option.
It also is one of the very few apps that works with the new pop-up navigation in 3.2
it is worth every penny.
Would I change anything - yes - the name to 'Tutorials & Articles' as it is more than just an app for Tutorials.

Is there a price for using this on more than one site?

Nope, when you purchase from me, I allow you to install the product on as many of your own sites as you want.
Very good product.
I use it in 2 website and work very good

How much work would be involved if I wanted to replace all instances of "tutorials" with another word? f that's easy to do, I can put this product to good use!
