This hook will add two new features in topic moderation dropdown on topic view:
Note: Although the hook name was kept from previous version, this hook will only add those 2 new features, since IPS added the Topic Moderation dropdown menu on topic view as a default feature.
- Change topic author (available for users that have access to Admin CP)
- Copy topic (available for users that have access to Admin CP and forum moderators with MOVE TOPIC permission)
