This hook provides options to set display options for avatars.
Features:
Note: If you have a custom skin that has deep modifications on the affected areas, it's possible that the hook doesn't work. If you have troubles with this, contact me - we will find a solution.
Note2: If you plan to use this for bandwith saving purpose, its currently not the right thing for you. In the current version, the avatars are only removed with css properties.
