This is the default theme with some minor tweaks. Note this has only been tested on IP.Board on version 3.3.3.

728x90 leader board space
230x90 ads, social, rss, image, news letter, banner ect.
Easily remove the ads block
Fixed 1000px
Easy logo changer still works

To edit the ad block go into Global Templates > globalTemplate and make changes
