Simple BBCode - iFrame
I wrote for myself. If you want - use it.
Add :
Go to ACP next Look / Feel > BBCode Management.
Scroll to the end of the page and browse for / upload the supplied .xml file.
If you want to use http or www, edit BBCode and change
<iframe {option} class='bbc' src='http ://{content }'></iframe>
to
<iframe {option} class='bbc' src='{content}'></iframe>

- Details, example width=500px height=200px frameborder=0 scrolling=no
- Frame adress like invisionboard.com - no http and no www
Go to ACP next Look / Feel > BBCode Management.
