Dimension is a skin designed with a semi-transparent content area, allowing a customizable banner image to show through behind your content. The skin comes with a unique topic layout to differentiate your forum from other IPB sites, a jQuery powered banned changer and custom forum icons. The skin is compatible with all major, modern browsers including Internet Explorer 9+ (limited compatibility for IE8 as it does not support css3 properties), Firefox, Safari, Chrome and Opera.
Skin features
"Settings" Template File
This skin includes a settings file allowing you to easily enable or disable features within the skin. This makes modifications and upgrades very simple since no code changes are required.
Modified topic view
The topic page has been modified to save vertical space and to focus your users attention on the content. This can be changed to the default layout if required.
Guest message
A customizable message is shown to guests, prompting them to either register or login to your forum.
Social links
Social links can be enabled/disabled and customized to your own URL using the Settings file, allowing you to easily link to your social network pages (facebook, twitter, etc)
Background changer
A background changer allows your members to choose from a selection of predefined images. The image is used for the banner and title bars.
Styled thumbnails
All user photos have been styled with a rounded, inset effect using pseudo css elements.
Extra Dropdown menu
If there are any extra links you would like to add to your navigation, but there isn't enough space, enable the custom dropdown menu from the config file!
Individual forum icons
Customize the icons for each forum, allowing for easier identification. Easy to add your own, with instructions provided once purchased.
Forum Tooltips
Forum descriptions are placed inside animated tooltips, resulting in a cleaner layout.
HTML text as logo
Changing the logo text is extremely easy by modifying the HTML text. If required, the text can be replaced by an image instead.

what a rip off 32 dollars for what i would never buy a skin for that much
No one is forcing you to buy it. 
There are dozens of customers who have purchased this skin and are more than happy to spend that amount on their website.
$32.00 for a design packed with features (which gives visitors a good first impression of your site) is not a lot to spend if you're serious about your forum. Not to mention free upgrades + unlimited support. It's not a bad deal at all
