This hook will add board start date in board index stats. The start date comes from board_start value in conf_global.php.

- Language Abstraction applied to the hook, so now you can translate to your own language
Works great - I used http://www.4webhelp....d=37&timezone=0 to convert to correct startdate number for mye forum
