- New setting to get rid of the IPB editor completely (good for PHP and RAW blocks). Feel free to enable if you prefer bbcode blocks.

- Added PHP support (including all/most IPB PHP objects, including $this->memberData, $this->DB, $this->request, etc). Some PHP blocks already posted on emoneyCodes.com for you to install.
- All blocks completely sortable now, with the new Export Block feature.
- When editing block, preview of block html can be seen on right sidebar within ACP
- Added "Edit Block and Reload" button to edit the block and go back to editing (with the new preview refreshing)
