- Chanegd the text for the online list to use a lang bit rather than be hardcoded
- Added copyright info at the bottom of that points leaders page
- Made it where in the ACP if you go to the module for this it states that all settings are in the system settings area, sicne some were confused and thought there are other settings in that app area

- Edited hook to work properly for ip.board 3.3.0
- Changed the leders link by now having a true public module and the link will now go there
- Added FURL for that one page of the app on the public side
- Added online list support where it will show the person is viewing that public points leaders page
- Removed old duplicate settings which would potentially cause issues if left there, as they would confuse people

- Fixed a bug where totals in topics would be messed up if the topic contained posts by guests or deleted members.
