I recently upgraded my skin following Invision upgrading our software. When I log in to the board using my normal account I get the correct the lay out (apart from one piece of text not being centred) but the wrong colour ( i get pale blue). If I log in using a spare admin account I get the correct colours and the text is centred. I've tried a hard refresh and clearing cookies and caches but neither has worked.
Can anyone offer any help/advice with this problem please?
Can anyone advise please? I recently had the skin for my board redesigned so we could upgrade to version 3.4.3 but for various reasons I never got round to upgrading. I now see Invision have released 3.4.4 so wil I need to have my skin redesigned again?
I recently took my board offline as a mark of respect for two posters who passed away but despite the board being shown as 'offline' in the Admin CP people can still post. I'v gone through the permissions and they are set so that only Admin and Mods should be to access the 'offline' board but clearly others can.
Any help gratefully received
Last week a very helpful designer added the code which was published in the market place forum to my site to enable topic descriptors to be added when starting a new topic. He used my log in details to add the code and it works perfectly fo him. But here's the mystery-it won't work for anyone else! We've tried clearing all caches and cookies, tried every browser we can think of but it still only works for the guy who added the code on the computer he used to add the code.
Can anyone think of anything that could be causing the problem?
We're running version 3.3.4.
