Ok now... Looks like I have multiple invoices in emails as proof that she kept generating new ones as I cancelled them. There is a ton of them! Heck I was even getting them in June, July etc... after she took my $75 for a supposed 6 months in march.
So far I count 21 emails, and like I said, I kept cancelling the invoices.

This is an email that she sent me. Obviously I mentioned here that I cancelled this more times than I can count. And everytime I did, I got yet another renewed invoice. Likely 10-20, I have to go look for them now. Does she have to manually create a new invoice each time I cancel one?
Also, I was not enabled as a premium member the entire time and had no use of the skins.

In October 2012, I purchased a 6 month premium membership.. When it expired I chose not to buy a new one since they were no longer updating skins for my forum version. But still, they generated an invoice. So I went there and cancelled it. Then it kept generating new ones over and over again. And
I kept going in and canceling them.
Fast forward to yesterday. I went into PayPal to see if my web host charged my correctly, and saw some strange Ibskin subscription saying it was cancelled due to cc card. I was like huh? So I looked back and they charged me without authorization for $75. Immediately I contested it with PayPal and went to Ibskin to demand that they refund my money. Call me crazy but I was planning on continuing my relationship as long as they returned my money.
While there I saw that I had not one single paid invoice there since my last one in 2012. Yet I had a charge in March of 2013?
When I went to see what they had to say about the unauthorized charge this afternoon, I was banned. And conveniently I can't access the invoice system either now.
This here is just the facts.
Except if you bought Ms Word 2002, that is what you were buying. We didn't just buy one particular version. We paid extra for all versions...
Anyways, I am a bit miffed, having EXPIRED LICENSE popping up in my admin CP all the time. And having to dismiss it. I swear it is on a reminder cycle. This is shotty service. You got my money when you needed and wanted it. And now you are harrassing me? All in your push to make me want to convert my license. What next? Putting the same screen on my forum home page?
It is obvious from their "active" license software that they are the ones being mean. And also by flashing cancelled or expired in my face they are also being mean. They got my money years also when they needed and wanted it. I paid a lot more for this product. I bought a product then, and shouldn't be treated any differently now for their poor hindsight.
My perpetual does have a $30 per year support clause from when I purchased it, There are different ones they sold. But still, I should not be treated to an expired or cancelled notice everywhere I look.
I really don't like the handling of this even down to the misinformed support staff.
Well, it is showing up as expired in my admin CP, and I don't want it this way. And I want the cancelled also removed from my client area. You are treating me as "a sub customer", in your zest to try and push me away from my perpetual that I paid for. I should not have to look at this every day.
You see from the quote that they said I have to pay for downloads. Even my admin CP says my license is expired.
And yes the defcon 2 tag. Before, they said they weren't going to do this. I am sick right now so imagine how I felt this AM when I saw this. My head is spinning. And I am having an asthma attack over this.
May I ask what is going on here? IPB said that our perpetual liceses will be honored. But guess what? Today they cancelled out my perpetual license. I open up my admin CP and client area and it says cancelled.
So I emailed them. And they are telling me that if I want access to downloads, that I have to pay $15! I bought a perpetual license so this is not right!
