  1. Tiki Tiki added a comment on a blog entry: Get Ready For IPS 4.0!

    My server is running MYSQL 5.5.36 and PHP 5.4.29. Running the script, I appear to get errors all the way down the page. Anyone want to take a look here and offer suggestions as to what might be wrong?

    Thanks!

    Can we get some friendly URL pages for Terms of Service / Privacy Policy / Copyright? I've been using the help section as my not-very-elegant solution for these necessities.

    It would be best, for now, to stick to using only the ID portion of the link. It will avoid this:

    URL Portion of BBCode Converted to Link Upon Edit

    You don't have another script for handling iTunes Music Store affiliate links, do you? I can't see a way to do a single BBCode without calling a custom script because the syntax for an individual track is not the same as for an album.
  4. Tiki Tiki added a post in a topic: Post with 500+ links, only the first 500 BB Codes work

    Add this to conf_global.php:
    $INFO['max_bbcodes_per_post'] = '1000';

    URL Portion of BBCode Converted to Link Upon Edit
    I'm sure this must have been reported before but I can't find it.

    I have a custom BBCode that produces affiliate links to the iTunes Music Store:[code=auto:0] <span data-tooltip="Buy on iTunes"><a href="{option}&partnerId=12&siteID=12345678/0">{content}</a></span>[/code]
    I just need to copy links from the Store. What gets put into posts looks like this:[code=auto:0] [itunes='https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/comfortably-numb/id464267927?i=464267989']Link[/itunes][/code]
    This works fine in the original post.

    However, upon editing the post, which is very much necessary when adding/changing all sorts of links to iTunes and Amazon, the BBCode gets messed up:[code=auto:0] [itunes=[url=https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/comfortably-numb/id464267927?i=464267989]Link%20[/itunes]]https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/comfortably-numb/id464267927?i=464267989]Link[/itunes][/url][/code]
    When RTE is on, you'll see that everything after [itunes= has become a link.

    Blank Lines Removed Before [Center] Tag with RTE Turned OFF
    With RTE turned OFF, there is no way to leave blank lines before a line containing 'center' tags. No matter how many blank lines you try to enter, they will all be removed upon hitting 'Preview.' Blank lines can be inserted without a problem with RTE ON.
    [center][b]Centered Text - Should Have 2 Blank Lines Above[/b][/center]

  7. Tiki Tiki added a post in a topic: Mac users have no post controls

    Can you provide a link to your forum? I'm using a Mac w/Safari 6.0.2 on this forum and I don't see any missing post controls.

    Thanks for this! Can you explain what you mean about adding an alias?
  9. Tiki Tiki added a post in a topic: Broken bbcode

    Wow! I hope you filed a bug report for this! I use floated images all over my forum, IP.Blogs, and IP.Downloads areas. There's no way in hell I can make the jump to 3.4.2 without this working! I also fear for my custom BBCodes that handle iTunes and Amazon affiliate links. It looks like the new 3.4.x editor continues to be a hot mess!  :sad:

    Huh? onStart. onStart. onStart. onStart.

    What about inex.php:
    ============================================================================== =========================        END       =================================== ========================= /~myrootdir/index.php? =================================== ==============================================================================
  13. Tiki Tiki added a post in a topic: I got hacked. But how?

    viewcache.php and view-cache.php both contain:
    ============================================================================== =========================        END       =================================== ========================= /index.php?<?print(php_logo_guid());print(php_uname());exit;?> =================================== ==============================================================================
  14. Tiki Tiki added a post in a topic: I got hacked. But how?

    My site was hacked on Nov 5/6, but apparently the process wasn't finalized, as all at least "appears" well on the surface. I managed to find and delete many of the files mentioned in this thread, but I am not sure about a couple/few files that are still in my cache directory. Should any of the following files be removed?

    viewcache.php 362 B 11/9/12
    inex.php 319 B 11/8/12
    view-cache.php 362 B 11/7/12

    Thanks!

  15. Tiki Tiki added a post in a topic: Editor?

    What's going to happen to custom BBCodes that call on php scripts? I've got a BBCode for inserting iTunes Music Store affiliate links into posts that relies on a php script to determine how to add my affiliate tag based on whether it's an individual track or an entire album that is being linked to as the syntax is different for each. Am I going to be screwed? :cry:
