Nope I have moved from a Linux box to another Linux box. I converted a couple of years from phpbb so would old attachments be somewhere else? I am 100% sure all files have been uploaded as before.

Yea smilies also not working please help.

hi thanks for responding. Your link doesnt seem to work. But it lists the thumbnails which you can click on but even when clicking it doesnt display which to me would indicate teh path is wrong but i'm not sure what ive missed.

I have also noticed that my smileys are also not working.

I have recently moved my forum to another host which all went fine however since moving I have noticed old image attachments dont seem to be displaying. All uploads since work fine.

All the files have been uploaded to the ftp and I have double checked teh upload directory is right in the acp. I have rebuilt and recached everything.

    Have I missed something?

    I am running 3.3.2

    Would really appreciate any help.

    Thanks

How long do support tickets usally take to be answered?

    1. Charles

Usually just a few hours but with the release of 3.1 it is taking longer than normal. We are, however, still within the terms of our support levels quoted on the license.

    2. tperry87

thats cool just eager to get a response and thought it may have been lost. :)

    3. Neuro

Normally they're ridiculously fast to be fair - they're just busy I guess with so many tickets after 3.1 release =)

    4. tperry87

thats cool was just wondering as it was my first ticket. been over 30 hours now though :( but completly understandable that there busy.

    5. Collin1000

The SLA guarantees a 48 hour reply, so as Charles said, although they are taking longer, they are still in the guarantee.
