It should be easier to rename, reorder, and hide navigation tabs without having to edit code in various places. We should also be able to create new navigation tabs and point them to any URL we want, while having them highlight themselves properly just like all the other main tabs. I think this would make life much easier for many of us.
I just tried this and it didn't seem to change anything. I've gone through countless threads about this subject and they all seem to hit a dead end. Your solution is a new one i haven't seen, but it still didn't work for me.
Unfortunately it seems like Invision made this way more complicated than it needs to be.
I would very much like to see this added. It's a very important core feature that has been omitted. The tabs are the primary form of navigation, yet there is no easy way to create additional tabs that function like the others.
Would you be able to add instructions to this tutorial that explains how to make the new tab function just like all the other tabs? (activating when clicked on). My current problem is that when i create new custom tabs and link which link to various IP.Content pages, the new tabs activate just fine, but it also highlights the main IP.Content tab as well. I need to figure out how to step this from happening.
I would really like to see the ability to create simple custom pages (with functional tabs). This seems like it should be really easy to do, yet i can't find a way to do it. People say to use IP.Content, but IP.Content does not allow you to simple create a new page with its own tab.
