    Anyone? :(
  2. TopMotors added a post in a topic: RSS Feed for Posts - Profile Image

    Hello,

    We are close to launching our new website project and the company we're using to develop our website is trying to display the most recent posts in a forum via the RSS feed, but the RSS data doesn't include a profile image for the poster.

    I have enabled the RSS feed for a specific forum, but i can't see anything for the poster image.

    Is there any way i can include this in the RSS feed?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Thankyou.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reply Michael.

    Its just on topics that the og:url isn't displaying correctly.

    i was using >>  {$this->registry->getClass('output')->fetchRootDocUrl()}

    But since updating the forum to the latest version it doesn't work.

    Is there a line of code i can use to display the current topic url?

    Thanks.

    Nick

    I upgraded to IP.Board 3.4.1 and my meta tag og:url isn't working with the following code on the home page...

    {$this->registry->getClass('output')->fetchRootDocUrl()}

    It works on topics but not the home page for some reason.

    It just says "Array" when i check the source code.

    Is there some new code to use for inputting the current URL for the facebook og:url field?

    Forum >> http://forums.topmotors.com

    Thanks.

    Nick
