OK it would appear it's the Shoutbox: Javascript i disabled that. It says
This hook is not supported on your system
My guest message is now showing on my default skin. The only error I'm getting on the mobile skin now is

Error: Could not load template 'guestMessage' from group 'global'

    Thanks for your help

  9. libertybee added a post in a topic: Please help me

I've submitted a support ticket at 10:15 am (UK ) this morning, and have heard nothing, so thought I'd ask here too :)

Having had my forums hosted by Ipboard for the last year, I've taking the plunge and become self-hosted. Managed to install the forums on my domain. I want to import my old database into my new forum, so I don't loose posts/members. However the database is too big to do it through phpmyadmin.

So I contacted my web host who said this

My question is. Do I need support to do this, or can I do it myself. I'm not very technical, so don't know what a dump file is. Hope I've explained. Thanks for any  help :)
  10. libertybee added a post in a topic: Not promoting a specific member

On our board we have a forum that members can only access after 50 posts, and  then can automatically access that forum.

We currently have a member, who while isn't breaking any rules as such, is causing some concern. We would rather they didn't have access to the private forum.

If  we put her in a secondary group would that stop the automatic promotion into that private group after 50 posts? We don't really want to higher the post count to access to that forum, as it works well on the most part.

    Thanks for your help
