We find it's always better to change everyone's password on a Friday.
Studies have statistically shown that there's less chance of an incident if you do it at the end of the week.

I have a community that potentially would benefit from being operated on two separate boards as while there is a shared interested there is a defined subset of that interest.
If someone has a community set up in this way, could you please post the site(s) so I could check out how this is implemented?

Another thought on how to manage this would be definable sub-searches...essentially a quick way to opt out of group of forums in a site search for new content.  If anyone has accomplished this I'd love to know as well.

    Thanks in advance.

I thought I had an issue with this but it turns out I either needed to clear the cache for the clip and/or remove and re-add the Tags

Sorry, I actually took the time to go through what you suggested above and it worked perfectly!

Such as if you were going to display this

    http://community.invisionpower.com/forum/310-product-modifications/

which would be displayed differently that simply filtering the page on the main forum.

How about the option of a sub-forum as a block?
  7. mknobbe added a post in a topic: Pre-defined View New Content Filters

Sorry if there is an explanation on this but I haven't been able to find it.
I know that it's possible to define individually by filter which forums a single person views under new topics or by filter out forums from all users.

Basically I have a community where some of them have leagues and games and some do not.  The leagues and games can produce enough chatter to drown out the rest of the community.  I'd like to create a couple of pre-defined filters that current and new users don't have to set up themselves where I can define two groups of forums.  Not sure if this is something that might be built in or something where I'd have to create some sort of custom query or what.

    Thanks

I'm using cloudflare and have been happy with it reducing server loads.
    Any tips for usage?

    Have retried recaching, rebuilding, etc

It's not coloring in the selected filters
