    There are many modifications that add extra "field calls" to certain tables and are required to complete the installation. None of the current options fit.

    So selecting the category is useless? It gave me the impression that if I selected the category it would apply to the forum children. It's cool though, at least I know now.

    Forum Cat Announce Error
    If you select a category only you will get the 2035 error. I don't think that it is checking if the forum is set as category and then getting the children for the category.

    v3.0.5 although I didn't put it in the box before I hit submit. My bad

    It integrates and is 3.0.x compatible, it is also not a "simple" application, it has many options and most of its functions are for individual merchants. For those who have it, I hear very little complaints.

    Yes, you can put the post register group in moderation que and then set the group to auto-promote after "X" approved posts OR don't promote to a new group and the moderation que can be automatically stopped after "X" approved posts.

    Driver Error - member search with filters
    Driver Error on Advanced Member Search filters

    Will this work?

    Open: admin/applications/members/modules_public/list/view.php

    $this->DB->build( array( 'select' => ' m.member_id',
    'from' => 'members m',
    'where' => implode( " AND ", $query ),
    'order' => 'm.' . $this->sort_key . ' ' . $this->sort_order,
    'limit' => array( $this->first, $this->max_results ) ) );

    Replace With:
    $this->DB->build( array( 'select' => 'm.member_id',
    'from' => array( 'members' => 'm' ),
    'where' => implode( " AND ", $query ),
    'add_join' => $joins,
    'order' => 'm.' . $this->sort_key . ' ' . $this->sort_order,
    'limit' => array( $this->first, $this->max_results ) ) );

    No idea what that is, check your templates or something for it.
  10. -Calypso- added a post in a topic: New staff avatars

    It's the staff's thing, let them keep them. It looks good and should be exclusive at least here at IPSF, do what you want at you own board. :)
  11. -Calypso- added a post in a topic: 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2

    Tried both, neither worked. BB code js is still not working, guess I will just wait for 3.0.3 and hope IPS fixes it. For it to be working perfectly for v3.0.1 and then suddenly stop when the board gets updated to v3.0.2 it has to be something with the IPB.
  12. -Calypso- added a post in a topic: 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2

    Ok, I just did a fresh install of the v3.0.2 and the bb code js isn't working on the clean board either but it's working fine here. FireFox v3.0.13

    Thanks for the input but it doesn't answer my question.

    I know what is about to be said, "submit a ticket". To submit a ticket for IPS to come to my site seems a bit odd to me. I downloaded (again) and uploaded (again) the latest v3.0.2 from my client area. What is it that IPS can do now that the files could not? Should the files on my site work any differently than the files on anyone else's? My problem right now is my BB Code no longer works (by that meaning the js that adds the BB code to the textarea) with FF. Maybe IPS should take another look at their latest release and really fix it, no one should have to come to my site to fix a raw update like this. I edited only 1 file (boards.php) and I'm sure that is not the cause of it, the problem is apparently in the v3.0.2 download. I smell v3.0.3 just around the corner.

About Me

I no longer code IPB mods, I have moved to a different forums system. Too much hatred here.
