Lindy, will those of us who replied to this receive a response from IPS one way or another?
  2. RazorThemes added a post in a topic: Payment Gateways

I have found that I don't miss out on any sales by offering what's already built in to Nexus - Paypal, 2Checkout, and Authorize.net.  If someone doesn't have the ability to use one of those three, then I probably don't want their business.  I would imagine most merchants feel the same way.

Any issues updating to 3.4.4 with Pulse, Tom?

Just wanted to take a moment and give public props to the support staff here at IPS.  I've had a few issues recently (that ended up being caused by my host) but the response here was quick, professional, and spot on!  Particular shout out to Alan.  Keep up the good work folks, it just reinforces my belief that IPS is the best forum software company there is.

Show us the way sensei ;)

I 100% agree with you, Tom, when we are talking about web design.  The point I was trying to make was responsive as it applies to discussion forum software.  I may be way off base here (won't be the first time ), but I just don't see the presentation and feature set being much different than what is on offer with the iOS app now.  The other big caveat is, "is the return in this market worth the work involved before and after the sale to commercial style producers?"
  8. RazorThemes added a post in a topic: Responsive Design - Can we really do this?

That may be true, however, responsive by design (or just plain mobile), cannot and won't offer full feature sets.  It's unrealistic to expect it to.

Ignoring the guaranteed nightmare supporting a "fully" responsive style would be for a commercial style producer (stuck in a ~$20 per skin economy), is there really a market for this with the mobile style and free iPhone app?  Personally, I don't think there is...but that's just me. ;)
  10. RazorThemes added a post in a topic: Paypal buttons in Nexus

Is there a way for us to code which Paypal buttons are used when we utilize the Paypal gateway in Nexus?  I have a business account and would like to utilize the "Bill me later" buttons/links offered by Paypal at my customers point of checkout on my site but I don't see a way to manipulate those buttons in Nexus.  Thanks!
  11. RazorThemes added a post in a topic: Additional pay gateways needed

While I appreciate that 'most' people are satisfied to use Paypal, 2CO, and Authorize.net, you are also neglecting to include one of the most popular...Google Checkout.  There are many users who cannot/will not use the three that are currently on offer and Google Checkout is their preferred vendor.  Thanks for the consideration!

Does Nexus support conversion of aMember Pro data into it?
