"Blog This" button without blogging rights displayed

The "Blog This" buttons are displayed on any post on this forum even if I have no rights to blog here. I get an error everytime I click on these buttons.

Yes, we are not fixing this at this time, but will revisit in a future version.

Not sure if this was supposed to be fixed yet. But confirmed as happening on 3.1.3 as well.

Strange, though, as some people without blogs see it and other's dont.

It's not an hook brandon, the button is in the topicViewTemplate. But yeah.. we should convert it to an hook.
