Below each topic are a bunch of share links. The last one "Blog this" result in 404 error:

IP.Blog is installed but disabled on my site.

For now the only solution is to remove manually in your ACP the "blog this" option from your share links. IP.Board doesn't support disabling only a specific share link yet, we do have an internal bug report to add support for this in IPB 3.4.
