Deprecated Content Blocks

I rarely hit this, but.. from time to time, it pops up..
Can we get a list of the deprecated blog content blocks for.. As far back as for IPB 3.0.0 at least?
Every now and again, someone will turn a deprecated content block on, like "My links" and it bombs the blog out.. We really need to make sure that we're uploading 'placeholder' blank files to kill those when we remove something like that as well.

Same for other blocks that might cause the issue, unless I see the errors themselves I can't tell why.
