Error in 1.2.0 upgrade script

There's more problems, but.. Honestly.. Who still has blog 1.1.2?
It gets stuck in a loop between rebuildBlogs and rebuilding the settings. I was able to escape out of it by raising the per-go to 500, so, it looks like when there are multiple levels, it will get itself stuck.. I think if you just raise the per-go to 500 and fix the SQL part, it should be fine. One in a thousand that will hit this.
