Guest is presented with blog's author as well as comment author's profile link even when guests don't have access to view profiles

It appears that the forum view for guests is correct when they are not given access to view profiles - they aren't even presented with a link to them when viewing forums or topics. This is correct IMO.
In blogs on the other hand, this presentation is different. Guests are given a link to profiles that they have no permission to view, so of course they are then shown a "You don't have permission for that!" message.
My thoughts on this are for both user (guest) experience and SEO. I don't want either of these parties presented with links that they can't even access.

- Log out (viewing as guest, which has no permission to view member profiles on my board)
- Visit main Blogs index or a specific blog entry
- Blog author usernames are not linked nor does the hovercard display when moused over (this is correct)
- Blog author avatars as well as comment author avatars do link to their respective profiles (this is incorrect IMO)
Note that forum username/avatar linking works correctly in this respect - it seems to be only be blogs that exhibit this behavior.
