hiding comments: 'placeholder', negative comments

When hiding comments on a blog entry, 'placeholder' appears in the Reason field.
When a comment is hidden, -2 comments is applied instead of -1 comment. So if there are 3 comments on a blog entry and they are all hidden, the comment count becomes -3 comments.
