Missing name in recent entries

The Recent Entries hook is missing display / user names. 
I noticed this first on a 142 upgrade, despite rebuilding and running all the appropriate tools to fix, they were still missing.
However, a fresh install alongside board also is missing names too:

I just noticed they are missing here too from the idx. Still not sure if its intentional though...
