Report Center and Blogs

Hi, there seems  to be a couple of problems with the report center and blog integration, resulting in a "The page isn't redirecting properly" error in firefox.

First, when a user reports an entry and submits their report, the page redirects to the wrong location.

Example:

User reports an entry located at: http://domain.com/fo...8-a-test-entry/
User gets redirected to: http://domain.com/fo...tle-of-my-blog/

Second, when viewing a report, at the top of the page where it shows "This report is regarding [Entry Title]", the link does not seem to redirect correctly either and results in the same error in Firefox.

Example:

Entry location: http://domain.com/fo...8-a-test-entry/
User gets redirected to: http://domain.com/fo...tle-of-my-blog/
