Skin defaults to IP.Board if setting not allowed..

Ok, this is possibly a bug.
I had the user group settings to "not allow user to lock skin to blog"
Therefore, the option in the blog settings in the advanced tab was not
present.
However, I changed the setting in the user groups and only selected one
skin available for the user to select and it works perfectly, even if the
setting is left at 'forums chosen skin'

Maybe I misunderstand, but to me this works far from perfect.
We have just one single dedicated blog-skin that we want all blogs to use.
I therefore set blog setting "Skins available for blogs" to this blog-skin only and the membergroup setting "Allow member to lock a skin to their blog(s)?" to No.
Then replaced the current setting in the database ibf_blog_blogs/blog_skin_id with the blogskin-ID for all existing blogs.
Still, for new blogs, the skin is set to the forum default, and since the dropdown menu is gone neither you can select the blogskin.
Which would really not be a solution anyway as you cannot expect members to do this, it must be possible to select another skin than the forum default as default for blogs.
Updating Status to: Not a Bug
There is no setting to restrict all blogs to a single skin. If the "allow user to lock skin to blog" is enabled they will be able to choose between the forums default and those available in the blog setting. If the lock setting is disabled then the forums default will be used.
Where is it?
